flybru.be is officially licensed as a travel agency under recognition number A 1608, issued by COCOF (Commission Communautaire Française), located at Paleisstraat 42, 1030 Brussels. This licence guarantees that we meet all legal requirements to organise and sell travel and flights on the Belgian market.

As a member of the Travel Guarantee Fund (Metrologielaan 8, 1130 Brussels), you as a traveller are fully protected against the risk of insolvency or bankruptcy of flybru.be. Should flybru.be be unable to meet its obligations for any reason, the Guarantee Fund ensures the refund of your advance payments or — if you are already travelling — your repatriation. This is a legally mandatory protection for every Belgian travel organiser.

This independent body offers consumers an accessible and cost-effective way to settle any disputes outside the ordinary courts. We provide only accurate, up-to-date and complete information about flights, fares, travel conditions and destinations. Our staff are trained to advise you correctly and guide you in making the right choice.
Fast complaint handling
Every complaint is handled and answered within the legally prescribed timeframes. In the event of a dispute, you can always call upon the independent Travel Disputes Commission. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Protection of your personal data
We process your personal data strictly in accordance with GDPR legislation. Your data is never sold or passed on to third parties without your explicit consent. You always have the right to access, correct and delete your data.
Accessibility & customer service
Our call centre is available 6 days a week for all your questions, before and after your booking. For urgent situations during your trip, we provide an emergency contact. You are never on your own.
Honouring travel contracts
All booked services are delivered in accordance with the travel agreement. In the event of unforeseen changes (airline cancellations, force majeure), we will inform you immediately and work with you to find the best solution.
